A great opportunity for an ambitious, customer oriented, hard working person to join a small but growing team. Pearson Mitchell Property buys, sells, rents and manages investment properties. We are focussed on delivery excellent customer service to our clients, tenants and stakeholders.We are seeking a property administrator with a sound working knowledge and experience of lettings (essential) and sales/purchasing (desirable).
- Listing properties online
- Organising viewings with prospective tenants
- Liaising with third party providers to arrange tenant referencing
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Organising tenant check in and check outs
- Dealing with deposit registration, deductions and disputes
- Dealing with daily enquiries from tenants, landlords and third parties
- Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance work
- Dealing with tenancy issues; investigating and resolving tenant enquiries/complaints
- Preparing landlord statements
- Researching property portals to find properties for sale as per criteria
- Arranging property viewings, property inspections and diary management
- Maintaining and updating database/filing system
- Liaising with various third parties e.g. estate agents, solicitors etc
Skills and Experience required:
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Highly organised, motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritise and work independently within a small team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales and conveyancing process (desirable)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The Package
- Up to £24,000 basic salary (depending on experience) pro rata
- Part time 20 hours per week
- Opportunity to transition to full time role
- 28 Days Holiday pro rata
