Lansdown Health Store is looking for a part-time sales assistant to join their friendly team at their health food shop in Uckfield.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised shop floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products
• Assist with inventory management orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay uptodate on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Basic maths skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficient computer skills would be an advantage

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
