JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:
Multi Trade Operative

Salary:
£19 per hour
Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative with a tiling bias for a contractor in Chester.

A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing a broad range of 'right first time' responsive repairs and planned property maintenance works

  • Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building/construction regulations and legislative requirements.
  • Ensuring all works comply with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.
  • Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept
Ideally, you will have strong experience with tiling and have experience in day-to-day carpentry, plumbing, etc

You will be required to use your own Van initially.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
