ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to work as a Legal Support Assistant in our small Legal Section within the Finance and Estates Business Unit.
These include a variety of conveyancing transactions such as sales of Council properties under the Right to Buy scheme, small land sales, easements, and release of covenants, together with debt recovery matters via small claims litigation in the County Court.
The post holder will work on a caseload of property and litigation matters as directed by the Legal Officer.ABOUT YOU
