This is a hybrid role where you will be able to enjoy working remotely alongside going into the office regularly.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the head of restructuring with managing priorities
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Connect with practice leaders in all regions to assist them in uploading their credentials, and CVs to shared workspace on MS Teams
  • Organise regular calls with the practitioners in APAC, EMEA and the Americas to facilitate continued dialogue
  • Facilitate marketing activities for the region
  • Assist with the preparation and sharing of key client wins/success stories across the network.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new staff
  • Ensure availability of relevant papers/documents in advance of meetings
  • Undertake desktop research to identify inorganic expansion opportunities in key strategic markets.
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and enquiries

Skills and experience required:


  • A minimum of 3 years of PA experience in a fastpaced environment is essential
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Ideally have experience in a financial, legal, or accounting environment
