Description

Reporting to Senior Management/Accountant your job specification is to;
They will need to speak to Chairman on a regular basis.

This Part-time role are 20 hoursper week.

Salary negotiable


Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • VAT returns
  • Ensure timely processing of small monthly and small weekly payrolls

Qualifications

  • Accounting qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAGE 50 and Payroll Manager
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, detail orientated
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
Bookkeeping - 4 yrs Experience (minimum preferred)

Payroll - 4 yrs Experience (minimum preferred)


Honesty with discretion is paramount for this role to deal with sensitive and confidential information appropriately and keeping data private.

From £11,440.00 per year
