RecruitUK are working with a progressive and forward thinking wealth management firm on a exciting Customer Support Executive vacancy.

We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join the team in Northwich on a full time basis, Monday - Friday.

This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your customer service focused career, and make your mark within a financial services firm who can offer a variety of progression pathways.

Day to day duties would include:

Providing top quality customer service support to clients who use the investment platforms and websites to manage their investments
Actively listening to any feedback and making improvements where required
Using your initiative to build relationships with clients
Managing your own workload and ensuring organisation so you can hit service level agreements and deadlines

Requirements:

Customer Service experience within a office/corporate environment, bonus if within financial services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage own workload
Techsavvy, with good use of Microsoft packages
