The salary for this permanent Cognitive Behavioural Therapist job is £60,000 per annum.

Main Duties:


  • Formulate intervention plans using CBT for employees with a range of problems from mild to complex.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data to promote behavioural change, devising tailored interventions as required.
  • Develop resilient, emotionally attuned traders to create a productive team environment.
  • Support and develop individuals to their full potential, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Equip team members with mental strategies to manage and overcome setbacks.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing are maintained.

Requirements of the Cognitive Behavioural Therapist:

  • Accredited to BABCP.
  • A postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent).
  • Extensive knowledge of various coaching frameworks e.g., neurolinguistic programming.
  • Experience undertaking risk assessments, recognising safeguarding concerns and acting appropriately
  • Prior experience working in financial services, competitive sports, or the legal sector (desirable)
