IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

We currently have 3 shifts at our Oakwood Hotel in Twigworth and 2 shifts at our Central Hotel Cheltenham per week. Therefore we are open to hiring staff for either just Central Hotel Cheltenham or Oakwood, or, if you wanted 40 hours a week you could work in both hotels. _


Shifts:16-40hrs per week, 11pm - 7am, weekends included _(chance for overtime available)_


Salary:
£11.50 per hour

CHELTENHAM & GLOUCESTER
You may also cover our sister hotels; Central Hotel Gloucester & New County Hotel

Reception:


  • Answer the phone in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer all accommodation enquiries
  • Checking in and out of guests
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Processing reservations
  • Use an online payment system
  • Greet, serve and look after our guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love

Job Types:

Salary:
From £11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cheltenham, GL52 2NZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
