About the role -
We're seeking a talented and experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our diverse portfolio.
With a background in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or nuclear industries, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that drive innovation and sustainability forward.
Your day-to-day -
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industryleading software and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor and analyse project progress, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for optimisation.
- Communicate schedule updates and forecasts to stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the planning team.
- Adapt and pivot in response to evolving project needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
About you -
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or nuclear sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
