Head of Spa Therapy Operations:

Up to £29,000 plus a generous service charge

We have a unique opportunity for a
Head of Spa Therapy Operations dedicated in delivering memorable service to our guests all day every day and who will inspire the same qualities in their team members.

The
Head of Spa Therapy Operations will report to the Director of Wellness and Spa and will lead the therapy team to deliver the highest standards of Wellness Spa therapies in line with the Fairmont Windsor Park Spa Wellness Concept and Fairmont brand standards.

What we are looking for:

Recognised certifications in massage or aesthetics training
CIBTEC or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a therapy role and a minimum, and 2 years' in a supervisory capacity overseeing a team of therapists.
Proven track record working in a luxury international facility or similar, preferably in a Wellness Spa.
A handson professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the spa team members
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and hotel operating/Wellness Spa booking systems
