Band 4 Resourcing Advisor (Recruitment Advisor)

I am looking for an experienced Resourcing advisor to join our Resourcing team.


If you are looking for a role in which you will utilise your excellent administrative, communication, good computer skills, then this is an opportunity for you to explore.

We are a small recruitment team looking to expand.

It is a busy environment, but it is rewarding, and you will have the opportunity to learn, and you will be able to develop your career in recruitment.


You will have an opportunity to work with managers at all levels who will look to you to support them with their recruitment and selection process.


In this role you will:

Support line managers to recruit.

Use our e-recruitment systems


To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience of working in a customer focused environment.

Solid experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in various computer systems.

Understand end to end recruitment process.

Ability to manage your own workload and manage competing priorities

Knowledge of using TRAC (e-recruitment system) and NHS jobs

Able to work independently

Able to prioritise your workload

Willing to undergo training and development

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
