The Vacancy

We are looking for a Page Producer to work on a fixed-term contract in our exciting team

In this role you will be producing and providing accurate page-ready TV listings services for PA customers.

You will need to communicate effectively and efficiently with you colleagues and customers, ensuring client satisfaction and production deadlinesare met on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing:

Producing all TV pages/ products on the group's workflow accurately.
Rewriting billings to customer style and tone.
Use editorial judgement in the cutting of billings to fit and assessment of page balance.
Completing picture, caption, headline, and editorial work to complement pages.
Responding to customer requirements in a flexible, responsive manner.
Following documented production processes and procedures.
Escalating customer complaints effectively and promptly to senior staff.
Identifying and reporting potential service enhancements for pages/ panels.
Absorbing feedback and utilising new learnings to improve the quality of pages.
Processing all subbing changes suggested by colleagues accurately.

What we need from you:

The ability to work and organise your time effectively under pressure.
Strong knowledge and experience using Adobe InDesign.
The ability to work proactively and independently.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts across the working week, including evening shifts on at least 2 days.
