Description
We are WorkwithYork and we are working with our client to find a Customer Support Officer.

This is a full time temporary assignment until the end of June potentially longer based in York City Centre. The hours are Monday - Friday and the pay rate is £11.77 per hour.


This role involves:

  • Managing mailboxes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Logging repairs and requests
  • Booking appointments

You will need:

  • Previous experience working on phones
  • Good customer service skills, courteous and empathetic
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport
  • Good communication skills, excellent vocal delivery
