As a Trainee Property Auction Valuer, you will begin your journey as a salesperson, honing your skills in the art of negotiation, client relationship building, viewings, sales particulars, photography, floorplans and market analysis.

Your ultimate goal will be to progress into a role where you conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients in the exciting realm of property auctions.

Learn and master the art of auctioneering through hands-on training by shadowing our experienced auctioneer.

You will need to be enthusiastic and eager to learn about auctioneering, have strong verbal communication and presentation skills, have an ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Estate Agency experience preferable.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
