Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agent in Muswell Hill

Essentials - Driving licence & sales experience

OTE up to £60k -
Basic salary up to £23k dependent on experience -
Car and petrol allowance paid

5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks.

You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regularbasis and supporting other members of staff.

Requirements:

A full Driving Licence
Proven experience in a sales position
Selfdriven with a can do attitude
Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
Interest in property

Excellent communication skills

Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
A natural Negotiator
