Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to work for this growing business in Gateshead.Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your duties will be as follows:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts
- Monitoring variances and investigating all discrepancies
- Dealing with short and long term cash flow forecasts
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets
- Analysis and projections of balance sheet items, including stock, receivables & payables
- Dealing with all businesses of the group and liaising with management
- Various adhoc tasks and projects as required
