Junior Estimator
**Location:
- **Knutsford /Cheshire

  • Estimation and management of quotes for each client and project
  • To set up estimating files upon receipt of enquiries, electronically on CRM
  • To complete quotes
  • To chase suppliers, subcontractor and manufacturer quotations.
  • To take off residential and commercial projects.
  • To complete estimating tasks.
  • To assist in calls to clients / quotes
  • To answer incoming telephones
  • To undertake any other general support and administration
  • Assisting the senior Estimators/sales within the business

Experience & Skills Required:


  • An appreciation of Estimation across Domestic and Commercial Projects
  • A good general understanding of pricing/costings
  • Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise
  • Analytical and accurate
  • Excellent communicator
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • First class time management skills
  • Practical team player with a handson style
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to further self and career

Salary:
£19,000.00 per year

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)
