Position:
Full-Time Office-Based Administrator


Responsibilities:


Diary Management:

Efficiently organize and maintain the diary of our plumbers and technicians, ensuring their schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.


Invoicing:
Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on completed services, ensuring all relevant details are included.


Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding service.


Record Keeping:
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, appointments, and invoices to ensure clear and accurate documentation.


Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the office and management team, including data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and internal team members effectively.

Experience: Prior experience in an office-based administrative or customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
