ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- >Support contract mobilisation.

>Ensure that critical facilities within the Data Centres are operating to a high standard.

>Act as Authorised Person for HV & LV and other disciplines as requested.

>Participate in site scenario / best drill training and ensure systems are updated accordingly

>Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out CORRECTLY.

>Support the Account Leadership team.

>Ensure all reactive repairs are undertaken safely and within appropriate time scales.

>Liaise, and support in the supervision of our sub-contractors.

>Ensure site operates in adherence to the agreed Permit to Work Systems.

>Support the Technical Manager on management of critical spares and materials.

>Support the Account Manager to ensure all Statutory Compliance.

>Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment.

>Support & promote DCS Shield implementation including CERM Quantum adoption and compliance.

>Supervise the completion of records and logs required to demonstrate delivery of maintenance requirements.

>Support the Account Lead to ensure 100% compliance with account training matrix.

>Build and develop relationships with key business and account stakeholders.

>Contractor Management.

>Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships whilst optimising contract performance.

>High level knowledge of operation of UPS, Standby Powe r, Critical Environment Cooling and Fire Systems.

>High level knowledge of Data Centres.

>IOSH Working / Managing Safely.

>Working knowledge of a ll statutory inspections and process.

>Understanding of critical change management process and experience working in a critical environment.

>Been a part of a high-performing team.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Trade apprenticeship NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent.
18th Edition

City & Guilds

Testing & Inspection advantageous

Industry recognised HV Authorised Person Course. (Desirable)
