We are seeking to appoint a part-time Research Coordinator to support a wide range of activities of the Cambridge Centre for Physical Biology (CPB).

The CPB is funded through an Academic Seed Fund and promotes collaborative and networking activities across several Departments and Institutes of the University.

The aims of the CPB are to support a community of multidisciplinary researchers working at the interface of the Life Sciences with Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, etc, by providing a forum to coordinate and disseminate cognate activities, strengthening existing collaborations and promoting new interactions, with the potential to coordinate and attract major funding awards.

As the Research Coordinator, the post holder will be expected to build, facilitate and sustain relationships with all of the research groups and academics represented in the general research theme of Physical Biology, gaining insight into their research questions and strategic priorities.

They will also co-develop and facilitate running of events organised by the CPB.
