Overall purpose and objectives
Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Main tasks and duties
- Recruit top talent at all levels and departments including Sales, Marketing and other functions for different offices
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department
- Manage relationship between recruitment agencies

General requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in endtoend recruitment, preferably from the agency AND inhouse (or RPO) background
- Experience working for different markets in a matrix organization
- Experience with social networks and job boards along with the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
- Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
- Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality
- Successful track record with commercial of roles within the tech organizations preferred.
- Excellent English skills
Work environment
Primarily in an office environment.
