Overall purpose and objectives
Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


Main tasks and duties

  • Recruit top talent at all levels and departments including Sales, Marketing and other functions for different offices
  • Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department
  • Manage relationship between recruitment agencies

Further tasks

General requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in endtoend recruitment, preferably from the agency AND inhouse (or RPO) background
  • Experience working for different markets in a matrix organization
  • Experience with social networks and job boards along with the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
  • Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
  • Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality
  • Successful track record with commercial of roles within the tech organizations preferred.
  • Excellent English skills

Work environment
Primarily in an office environment.
