Are you ready to take your compliance expertise to the next level and make a meaningful impact? Join our dynamic team at Plus Dane Housing as a Compliance Officer and play a vital role in maintaining statutory compliance for the benefit of our customers.


Your Impact:

As a Compliance Officer, you will support our Compliance Manager in ensuring that our properties adhere to statutory regulations.

Your responsibilities will span across various critical compliance areas, including gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical, fire safety, lifts, and associated services.

By collaborating with our diverse teams and suppliers, you'll help establish an operational framework that not only meets compliance needs but also exceeds our customers' expectations.

Essential Qualities:


  • NVQ level 3 or an equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.
  • Relevant compliance training including Fire Safety; Asbestos; Gas Safety; Electrical Safety
  • Showcase your strong organisational and data management abilities, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest compliance best practices and legislation.
  • Approach your work with a proactive, detailoriented, and problemsolving attitude to ensure topquality services and compliance.

Your Commitment to Safety:


  • Exercise care for health, safety, and welfare.
  • Promptly report unsafe conditions.
  • Cooperate with Plus Dane in fulfilling legal health and safety duties.
  • Maintain a commitment to safeguarding principles.
