We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Sub Agent to join our well-established company based in Cornwall.

With a focus on infrastructure projects throughout the region, this role promises diversity, professional growth, and the chance to work on exciting ventures in Cornwall.

As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of projects. Your role will involve leading a team of engineers, foremen, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors.

You will have a crucial part to play in ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, achieving financial targets, adhering to project timelines, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure strict compliance with industry and company standards.

Skilfully integrate Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental considerations into project activities, ensuring sufficient resources are allocated.

Develop and implement a comprehensive project quality plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant Civil Engineering qualification.

Proven experience in Highways & Civils projects.

Demonstrated industry experience at a management level

Salary:
£24,471.00-£33,475.00 per year
