This position is full time at 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (inclusive of paid AM and PM breaks and lunch break).

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor the Accounts Assistant will focus on accounts receivable but may also cover other important accounting functions.
The details:
The Accounts Department is responsible for the global accounting function for Charlie Bears, undertaking tasks for UK, Australia and USA.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys a varied role and is confident using a range of different systems including Sage 50.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for global cash receipt posting daily (GBP/EUR/AUD/USD)
- Reconcile global banks daily
- Reconcile invoice discounting and account for charges
- Processing customer returns and refunds
- Aged Debt reporting and analysis
- Banking and any cash management as required by Charlie Bears Shop
- Petty cash management
Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide support to the department and work closely with individuals across the business at all levels.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience of accounts receivable work, 2 years (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, inc Excel
- A 'Bearilliant' work ethic with a positive, flexible and supportive approach to work and colleagues
- An ability to problemsolve and work independently
