Customer Experience Supervisor

The Sunderland Empire Theatre is the largest Theatre between Leeds and Edinburgh and is referred to as the West End of the North East; we're a dynamic, busy venue welcoming thousands of audience members through our door each year housing a mix of Hit West End Musicals, UK Tours, Comedians, One Nighters and Local Performances.

As a
Customer Experience Supervisor you will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager, their Deputy and Assistants.

Our Team is key in the running of all public facing areas across the building from welcoming customers at our front doors to monitoring the safety and wellbeing of our audience across all 4 levels of our auditorium including assisting with queries, whilst at the same time maximising sales.

A main focus of this job role is to supervise, train, coach and support the Customer Experience Team Members and support the Duty Manager on shift in day-to-day administrative tasks.
