Become the face of the London Showroom for a global fashion manufacture

  • Help clients decided on what products with best fit their exciting projects

About Our Client:


This client are industry leading in their space of manufacturing, continuously set industry standards for quality, value and innovation in their production.

Now looking to further expand their marketing team in the UK, they are looking for a talent new member to bring value to their customer service moving forward, not just across this market but also EMEA too.


Key responsibilities for this London based role include:

  • Providing customer service and hospitality for visiting clients
  • Dealing with enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Administration of enquires, chasing delivery dates / orders, order processing
- develop a solid understanding of products to advise clients on certain styles


The Successful Applicant:


  • A fashion conscious individual who wants to gets stuck in
  • Can work independent and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail in all you do
  • 2 years' experience in a customer service style role
  • Ability to engage with customers coming into the showroom to match up their needs
  • Microsoft office proficiency (Excel)
  • GCSE educated
  • Availability to work flexibly on occasion (events, openings, exhibitions)
