More about your role
You will be part of an amazing new build to residential development in the heart of Brighton. You will be involved in a pre-completed scheme and work on the team that will help deliver the brand.

We are now looking for a Resident Services Co-Ordinator to be part of our onsite team.

You will be responsible for lettings, customer journey, customer service, organising and implementing events and will be an integral part of creating a positive and engaged community at The Blockhouse.


You will help to ensure that the front of house services and day-to day operations of the building are carried out to a high standard and are delivered timely, accurately and in a cost-effective manner.

You will assist with budget management of the development and letting up the building. Experience in marketing, planning and running events would be advantageous.

This is a Monday to Friday role based on site, you will be working Monday to Thursday 10am - 6:30pm and Friday 10am - 6pm
