ENTIRE FINANCE LTD is looking for a bookeeper.


Overall Purpose
The bookeeper will be responsible for recording day to day invoices and payroll calculation.

You will play a key role in our work needed to meet tax compliance obligations set by tax authorities in the UK and globally on payroll taxes.

Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions

Enter data, maintain records and create reports

Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner


Who are we looking for
Proven bookkeeping experience

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

Proficiency in English and in MS Office

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

£15,000 - £20,000 per year
