We're looking for a friendly and proactive, experienced administrator to join our busy sales team.


Experience in real estate would be ideal, but not a must, the main requirement is for the jobholder to be proactive and organised, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft package, and someone who enjoys being busy and takes pride in making our sales operations run smoothy.


Role Description:

The role of administrator is a key position in our office.

As centre point and front face of the office, the sales administrator is an essential role for the optimal running of our sales team.


This is a full time position, and on a typical day, the role holder will juggle a variety of tasks, efficiently prioritising, while adhering to company and compliance guidelines and delivering excellent customer service.


Tasks will include:

  • Preparation of sales contracts.
  • Booking photography.
  • Prelaunch compliance checks.
  • Preparation of brochures / listing previews for vendors' approval.
  • Launching property listings, checking portals:
  • Management and maintenance of our social media accounts and Google reviews & business page.
  • Updating of our office window cards advertising.
  • Preparation and ordering of flyers and other marketing materials and creating new ones following brand guidelines.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Seller and buyer registrations and booking in valuation visits, viewings and surveys.
  • Updating of office boards and records with stock movements:
  • Running and preparing various monthly performance reports.
  • Preparation of invoices and payment/remittance tracking.
  • Recording and filing of compliance documentation (AMLs, staff training, et al).
  • Updating policy documents when necessary.
  • Maning of our office reception and acting as first point of contact for visitors.
  • Monitoring and purchasing of stationery and office material.
  • Setting up new starters into the system.
  • Monitoring property keys' movements and managing keys stock.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
