To Lead a team offering the highest standard of support to persons with learning disabilities and autism. Working as deputy to the Service Manager, individuals are supported by our CHOICES community outreach and supported living Team.

Incorporating values of integrity, individuality and rights into your work will be essential to contribute to the quality of person we are looking for.


Brief outline of the role:

Leading a team of support workers in supported living and outreach services across Bognor, Chichester and Selsey.

If you have the skills to support and supervise your colleagues. Be a positive and fun. To be reliable and consistent. We need someone who is enthusiastic and encourages good team work. You need to be able to organise complex rotas and inspire high quality of personalised care, please apply
