REGISTERED MANAGER
My client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join their fantastic team at. The role will be based at their 120 bed nursing home. Located in Friern Barnet, the home forms part of a larger campus and offers dementia, personal and nursing care.
The home is split across three units each managed by a Nursing Care Manager.


Who we need:


  • An inspirational leader and be an ambassador for the organisation's values and vision
  • Financially astute and experienced in managing budgets and revenue streams
  • Be accustomed to managing a team of managers, and able to delegate whilst maintaining accountability
  • Someone unafraid of change and happy to embrace new technologies and ways of working
  • Confident and familiar with all legislation and statutory requirements concerning the provision of care
  • Hold an RMA /NVQ 4/ ILM 5, or Registered nurse qualification
  • Comfortable and confident in managing difficult situations with stakeholders and staff
  • Someone passionate about excellent customer service and delivery that service to our residents and their families
