Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team.

As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and providing energy efficiency advice to residential properties.

Duties:

• Conduct energy assessments on residential properties to evaluate energy efficiency
• Provide recommendations to homeowners on ways to improve energy efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain assessment results and recommendations
• Utilize IT tools for data collection and reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process
• Utilize sales and negotiation skills to promote energysaving solutions
• Maintain organized records of assessments and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to efficiently conduct assessments
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain assessment findings
• Proficiency in IT tools for data collection and reporting
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
• Sales and negotiation skills are beneficial for promoting energysaving solutions
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of assessments
• Proficiency in English language
• Valid driver's license for traveling to assessment locations
