What you'll do:

Manage customer accounts, proactively chasing outstanding payments.
Investigate and resolve overdue invoices and credit control issues.
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Work independently with mínimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks.

Who you are:

A qualified credit controller with experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with a cando attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with experience in relevant accounting software.
