Exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our lovely team at Bachelors Walk Dental.

Dental Receptionist job description
Meet and greet patients to the practice

Handle telephone calls

Arrange and organise the diaries for the clinical team members

Make appointments for patients

Handle patient enquiries:
new and existing patients

Handle customer complaints within the complaints procedures

Work within an established team

Use word processing software

Use practice management software

Cash handling and invoicing


Essential requirements
Excellence in customer service and communication

Honesty

Ability to work within a team but also work independently when required.

Highly organised

Word processing and computer experience


Desirable attributes
Previous customer service experience

Previous marketing experience

Previous roles with cash handling experience

Dental practice work experience

Dental nursing experience

General dental council registration or ability to register

Immediate start, pending Access NI checks

Salary based on experience


Job Types:

Part-time hours: 32-40 per week
