We are looking for a
Breakfast Team Member to join us at the
ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport on a zero hour contract basis for £10.50 per hour*.

Officially known as a
Guest Service Assistant (GSA), you'll be helping ensure that our guests enjoy a great breakfast - after all, they do say its the most important meal of the day You'll be greeting guests, stocking the buffet, clearing tables and potentially preparing some of the food in the kitchen so you'll need to be comfortable on your feet, confident in talking to new people, proactive and happy to juggle tasks.

You'll be employed on a casual basis, and your shifts will be midweek, with an earliest start of 7am and a latest finish of 3pm.

Shifts are typically between 5 and 8 hours long and will vary depending on business needs, so the ability to be flexible around your shift availability is key.

Passion and personality come naturally to our GSAs and gives them a special connection to our guests and the rest of the team.

Experience is welcomed but not essential.
- *Salary of £10.00 per hour applies until 31 March 2023, rising to £10.50 per hour from 1 April 2023. Any shifts worked prior to 1st April will be paid at the March salary rate of £10.00 per hour._
