Duties:

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred but not necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Shop Assistant role requires on-site presence at our shop location in Ainsdale.

The shop is open from 6am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 10pm and applicants will be expected to work shifts on 4 or 5 days per week to meet the needs of the business.
