Description

Support children to develop and learn through play and games and to keep children healthy and safe at all times.

Plans and supervises child initiated and adult led activities.

Observe each child and shapes their learning experience to reflect their observation.

Meets the care needs of the individual chil such as changing nappies, support with feeding and administration of medication.

Works in partnership with other colleagues, parents and/or carers to meet the individual needs of each child.

Takes on the role of key person responsibility to help ensure each child feels safe and secure.
