Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Accounts Administrator to assist with the daily administration of the Accounts Department.
This is a temporary role for a fixed term of 3 months only.Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and raise invoices
- Maintain files and electronic records
- Update and maintain accounts database
- Scanning, filing invoices
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
- Any other duties as directed by Management
Requirements:
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have previous Accounts Administrative experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Smartsheets, Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work without direct supervision
