Why not be a part of the next generation of Care at Home Group's Onboarding team... after an extremely successful 6 months, we are looking to appoint the next Junior Recruitment Consultant. Allowing Care at Home Group to support the phenomenal growth that we are currently facing


You will join a very experienced team of recruitment constultants, you will be trained to become a Junior Recruitment Consultant within CAHG.

You will need to have the understanding to be able to interpret quickly what is going on in CAHG's world, how our business operates, and what our culture is like.


With Care at Home Group, we don't just want you writing a brief adverts, matching applicants based on the job title and salary, we want you to explore the use of Social Media platforms, accessing the community and promoting Care at Home Group to the best potential.

Duties and responsibilities:_

  • To support monitoring and management of job platforms, producing and posting job adverts across a number of different platfroms.
  • Attend recruitment events over the North West to promote CAHG and the roles we have available, engaging with the local communities and offering advice and knowledge on the roles that we have available.
  • Flexible working including hours outside of office hours when required, attending an open day, visiting the local job centre or handing flyers out at the local garden centre.

Essential requirements:_

- _Experience within Recruitment, _not fully essential._

  • Good written and communication skills
  • Good computer skills, able to use databases
  • Effective multitasking and prioritisation
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- travelling between Care at Home Group Branches over the North West.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
