Monday to Friday 08:45-17:15

Main purpose of the job:

Administration of the day-to-day tasks performed by the RMS administration department.


Main responsibilities:


  • Administering the vehicle termination process.
  • Acting as front line customer service support in order to deal with all amendments and customer enquiries.
  • Ensure that customer SLA's are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure that all Quality and Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded at all times.
  • Data entry input into the clients inventory management system within SLA.
  • Be available to support other areas of the admin team.
  • Assign remarketing locations in line with rules and sales programme.
  • Select vehicles for appropriate sales channels.
  • Provide a weekly/daily update via a report to Manager/Supervisor on the productivity levels within the job role.
  • Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties' satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the senior supervisor.
  • Undertake adhoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.

Skills and experience required:


  • Administration/data entry background.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to be build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Problem solver.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
