I am currently looking for a Multi trader to work around the Coventry area. This Multi trade will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on Void properties.

The duties of the Multi trader will include:

Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
Dealing with emergencies that could be a threat to life and property as well as routine repairs
Responding to prearranged repair appointments
To actively drive and promote a firsttime fix repairs culture
Be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to improve our service offering

As a Multi trader we need you to have:

A relevant qualification in one core trade (NVQ or City and Guilds or equivalent)
Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
Driving licence
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
