Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established, market leading organisation.A position has become available within this UK manufacturer for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their successful organisation.
- Salary £23,000£25,000 depending on experience _
- 25 days holiday_
Some of the duties will include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Confirming order discrepancies with customers
- Liaising with production team in regards to delivery times
- Generating dispatch notes
- Working with internal teams in regards to customer prices, terms and lead times
- Processing debit notes from customers
- Arranging collections where necessary
- Dealing with queries in regards to debit notes
- Providing all round administrative help
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
- Professional telephone manner
- SAP experience would be desirable
- Good team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems
