Role Overview
We are looking for an efficient, responsible and accurate warehouse operative to assist in preparing goods for sale and maintaining an efficient, safe and tidy warehouse.
You will be assisting with checking in and putting away goods, the dispatching and delivery of customer orders and utilising the efficiency and accuracy of the Merlin Computer System to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Despatching customer's orders accurately and on time
- Produce products cut to length such as Stepline and Stairnosing
- Receiving goods in and checking off and putting away into stock, including labelling where required
- Van driving as required
- Assist the line manager in keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and organised
- Doing stock checks as required
- Assist with repairs and maintenance to buildings as required
- General duties to assist the running of the business

About the Role

- Salary £26,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
