As a trainee business advisor you will have the opportunity to take on an extremely important role within the company:

  • Building relationships and speaking with business owners
  • Ensuring that the company is portrayed professionally to the decision maker
  • Being in control of your own clients through your CRM account (no dialler system)
  • Engaging in sales and leadership development sessions
  • Managing KPIs to ensure targets and bonuses are being achieved
