Are you an experienced Training Manager?Do you have a background devising and delivering bespoke training programmes?
Our client a unique professional services organisation are looking for an
engaging and proactiveTraining and Development Manager to join their Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime team.
Working closely with the Learning and Development team and SME's across the business you will be responsible for reviewing mandatory and non-mandatory training relating to Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime activities and bringing new ideas to accommodatehybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering all Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime training requirements
- Identifying knowledge gaps and designing effective learning solutions that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Be able to analyse and interpret information into concise userfriendly content.
- Working with SME's be able to develop knowledge of the current regulations relating to risk, compliance and financial crime.
Our client offer
hybrid working, however you will be required to travel to offices, based in Kings Hill and Central London, to deliver in person training.
