WE ARE HIRING a talented Kids Coach Assistant to join our small but growing team You must be an enthusiastic individual who has a sports/athletic/martial arts/dance background and are happy to connect with children and teenagers age 4-17.

Wutian Martial Arts Institute is a young and independent martial art club dedicated to helping kids and teenagers reach their human potential and serving families in Central and East London We teach kickboxing, Jiu-jitsu and Wing Chun Our services extend to adults as well as parents of our Kids & Teens Programme who wish to learn martial arts and self defence skills

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, you should have:

- High energy and dedicated to deliver a great, fun and safe learning environment for the students
- Strong work ethics
- Solid verbal communication skills with teammates
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and classroom management skills
- A coachable mindset and willingness to learn our martial art programmes and policies
- Willing to travel between our two schools (in Camden Town and Isle of Dogs) as and when required
- A clean enhanced DBS certificate as the role requires you to work with children
- Have martial art experience
- Have experience in teaching martial art/sports to children and teens.
BONUS if you have:
- Proven work experience as a sports coach / activity camp coach or similar role for at least one year
- Proven work experience in working with children and teenagers between the ages of 417
PLEASE NOTE:
Knowledge and experience in martial arts is preferred but not mandatory. All necessary training will be provided.
SCHEDULE
Flexible schedule is a MUST as this role requires you to cover AM/PM shifts.
Part-time; from 15-20 hours a week
Weekdays:
(PM)
Evening shift from 2:30PM - 8:30PM
Saturdays:
(AM)
Morning shift from 8:30AM - 1:30PM
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£20.00 per hour
