We are seeking an enthusiastic and high motivated EYFS Phase Leader to lead our Nursery and Reception team from September 2023.
Our EYFS phase consists of a 30 place Nursery with children from 2 years old to 4 years old and two Reception classes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for ensuring our youngest children get the best possible start at Meridian Community Primary School and Nursery.
About the role:
- be passionate about the Early Years Foundation Stage and have a fantastic knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- be an excellent teacher who has a proven track record of having a positive impact on pupil outcomes and can act as a role model for others
- have experience of supporting children with a range of special educational needs
- be committed to securing strong parental partnerships
- have high expectations of learning and behaviour
- have strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills and is a highly motivated team player
