Description
As a Van Rental and Storage Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor with the daily management and control of both areas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join and develop within a growing organisation.Not only is this an exciting position, but it gives someone the chance to work for two thriving companies in the North East, namely, Magnum Rentals and Magnum Storage.
It's a combined role and very fast-paced so priorities can quickly change; therefore, it is crucial that you can manage your own workload whilst still providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing relevant paperwork and making sure the client provides the correct documentation for due diligence checks
- Inspect vehicles for damage when they are collected or returned, and report any findings to the Supervisor
- Refuelling vehicles as and when required, and making sure they are in excellent condition at all times
- Inspect containers in order to confirm their suitability prior to them being rented by a client
- Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries accordingly
- Debt collection calling clients to arrange payment schedules
- Process credit card payment
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Calm and confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and have a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
