About the role_
As a Land Buyer / Consultant, you'll work closely with the planning, technical and design teams on a day to day basis.
These exciting roles provide a variety of day-to day tasks and you will be responsible for investigating opportunities through desktop based searching (using software and mapping websites) as well as identifying land opportunities directly on the road.
You work the site from identification and appraisal through each stage of the purchase and you will be liaising with our in house planners, Estate Agents and Land Owners to agree purchases.
-About you_
It's also essential that you have access to a car and hold a Full valid UK drivers licence as you'll be spending a large proportion of your time on the road visiting potential sites.

£25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
